摘要
目的:研讨CT血管成像与CT脑灌注成像对急性缺血性脑卒中的诊断价值。方法:随机选取2018年1月—2020年12月我院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究样本,共80例,对所有患者均实施CT平扫,并进行CT血管成像与CT脑灌注成像检查,分析两种方式对急性缺血性脑卒中的诊断价值。结果:80例患者CT脑灌注成像均可发现与临床症状相应的异常脑灌注改变,半暗带CBV、CBF显著低于对照区,梗死区CBV、CBF显著低于半暗带(P<0.05);半暗带、梗死区MTT、TTP显著高于对照区(P<0.05);CT血管成像结果显示颈部动脉中度及以上狭窄有26处(81.25%),颅内动脉中度及以上狭窄有51处(89.47%)。结论:在对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施诊断时,采用CT血管成像与CT脑灌注成像都能够准确地获得血流动力学相关参数,更好地评估核心梗死区及半暗带。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT angiography and CT cerebral perfusion imaging in acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the study sample.CT plain scans were performed on all patients,and CT angiography and CT cerebral perfusion imaging were performed.Check and analyze the diagnostic value of two methods for acute ischemic stroke.Results The abnormal cerebral perfusion changes corresponding to the clinical symptoms can be found in 80 patients with CT cerebral perfusion imaging.The penumbra CBV and CBF were significantly lower than the control area,and the CBV and CBF in the infarct area were significantly lower than the penumbra(P﹤0.05);The MTT and TTP of the penumbra and infarct area were significantly higher than those in the control area(P﹤0.05);CT angiography results showed that there were 26 moderate and above carotid artery stenosis(81.25%),and there were moderate and above intracranial artery stenosis.51 locations(89.47%).Conclusion When diagnosing patients with acute ischemic stroke,both CT angiography and CT cerebral perfusion imaging can accurately obtain hemodynamic parameters and better evaluate the core infarct area and penumbra.
