多酸分子组装、结构与性能的综合性实验设计 被引量:6

摘要 设计开发了基于多酸合成组装、结构表征与催化性能的综合性实验。实验通过"缺位导向+配位诱导"分步组装了Ni取代Keggin型多酸Ni6PW9,对其进行了单晶结构解析和多角度结构表征;以泡沫镍为载体,考察了其在碱性介质中的电催化氧析出性能。实验涵盖无机合成、配位化学、仪器分析和电化学等相关理论和基本操作,思路清晰、步骤可控、重复性和可操作好。该实验可以帮助学生理解无机分子的设计与组装原理,掌握大型仪器的操作步骤与数据分析方法,运用软件揭示和表达分子结构,并从分子视角理解物质的构效关系,从而培养学生的科学素养与创新思维。 A comprehensive experiment is designed and developed based on the synthesis, assembly, structure characterization and catalytic performance of polyacid. Ni substituted Keggin type polyoxometalates Ni6 PW9 are assembled step by step by "Vacancy oriented + coordination induced" method, and their single crystal structure and multi angle structure are characterized. Electrocatalytic oxidation of oxygen in alkaline medium is investigated by using nickel foam as carrier. The experiment covers inorganic synthesis, coordination chemistry, instrumental analysis, electrochemistry and other related theories and basic operations, which has clear thinking, controllable steps, good repeatability and operability. This experiment can help students understand the design and assembly principles of inorganic molecules, master the operation steps and data analysis methods of large-scale instruments, apply the software to reveal and express the molecular structure, and understand the structure-activity relationship of substances from the molecular perspective, so as to cultivate students’ scientific literacy and innovative thinking.
