摘要
建立了Qu EChERS-气相色谱-质谱法测定禽肉内脏中氟虫腈及其代谢物的分析方法。样品经过乙腈提取、增强型脂质去除产品(Bond Elut EMR-Lipid)基质分散净化,用HP-5MS毛细管柱进行分离,负化学电离源扫描,选择单离子监测(SIM)模式检测,基质标准曲线校正,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.001-0.1μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2大于0.999。方法检出限在0.015-0.50μg·mL^(-1),方法定量限在0.049-1.67μg·mL^(-1);在2.5μg·mL^(-1)、10μg·mL^(-1)、50μg·mL^(-1)添加水平下,氟虫腈及其代谢物的平均加标回收率为75.60%-92.50%,相对标准偏差为2.27%-5.39%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于禽肉内脏中氟虫腈及其代谢物的检测。
A method for the determination of fipronil and its metabolites in poultry viscera by QuEChERS GCMS was established. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by matrix dispersion of bond elut EMR lipid, separated by HP-5 MS capillary column, scanned by negative chemical ionization source, detected by SIM mode, corrected by matrix standard curve and quantified by external standard method. The results show that the linear relationship is good at 0.001~0.1 μg·mL^(-1) and the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method is in the range of 0.015~0.50 μg·mL^(-1) and the limit of quantification of the method is in the range of 0.049~1.67 μg·mL^(-1). At the addition level of 2.5 μg·mL^(-1),10 μg·mL^(-1),and 50 μg·mL^(-1), the average recovery rate of Fipronil and its metabolites 75.60%~92.50% with the relative standard deviation of 2.27%~5.39%.The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the detection of Fipronil and its metabolites in poultry offal.
