摘要
随着我国综合实力的不断提升,人民生活质量越来越高,对于食品安全的重视程度也日益增强。在科学技术快速发展的当下,生物技术愈发成熟,不仅为人类解决多种食物需求,还为食品安全作出重要保障。笔者结合个人经验,在本文之中详细探讨现代生物技术在食品工程中的具体应用。
With the continuous improvement of my country’s comprehensive strength,the people’s quality of life is getting higher and higher,and the importance of food safety is also increasing.With the rapid development of science and technology,biotechnology has become more and more mature,not only to solve a variety of food needs for humans,but also to provide an important guarantee for food safety.Based on personal experience,the author discusses the specific application of modern biotechnology in food engineering in detail in this article.
