摘要
以MB380型掘锚一体机为例,详细设计了其喷雾系统。该喷雾系统共有两条支路,可分别对不同的部位进行冷却和喷雾除尘。对每个支路的流量基本要求进行了分析计算。结合实践经验,分析了对喷雾系统使用性能的影响因素并提出了对应的解决措施。
Taking the MB380 type bolting machine as an example,the spray system is designed in detail.The spray system has two branches,cooling and spray dedusting at different parts respectively.The basic requirements of each branch’s flow are analyzed and calculated.Combined with practical experience,the factors affecting the performance of spray system are analyzed and corresponding solutions are put forward.
