摘要
针对鼓式制动器在工作过程中常出现的磨损不均匀从而导致过早失效的问题,从鼓式制动器的结构原理和工作过程进行分析,通过SOLIDWORKS软件构建鼓式制动器的三维实体模型,并通过SimulationXpress工具对其制动蹄进行应力和形变分析。结果表明,外部载荷综合作用使得制动蹄发生形变,致使制动器的局部磨损加剧,是造成鼓式制动器磨损不均匀的原因。
In view of the problem that the wear of drum brake is not uniform in the working process,the structural principle and working process of drum brake are analyzed.The three-dimensional solid model of drum brake is constructed by SOLIDWORKS software.The stress and deformation of brake shoe are analyzed by SimulationXpress tools.The results show that the deformation of brake shoe caused by the combined action of external load is the cause of uneven wear of drum brake.
