摘要
以莒山矿9101工作面开采技术条件为背景,分析了架后充填使用的密实固体矸石充填技术和泵送膏体充填技术的特点,结合工作面实际条件确定使用泵送膏体充填技术,介绍了相应的技术原理,分析了充填开采的采煤工艺、充填工艺、运输系统及管道防堵措施,为工作面后续实际开采方案的确定提供参考。
Based on the mining technical conditions of 9101 working face in Jushan mine,this paper analyzes the characteristics of dense solid gangue filling technology and pumping paste filling technology used in back support filling,determines to use pumping paste filling technology combined with the actual working face conditions,introduces the corresponding technical principles,and analyzes the mining technology,filling technology,transportation system and pipeline anti blocking measures of filling mining.It provides a reference for the determination of the actual mining plan of the working face.
