摘要
针对矿井通风系统采用独立控制模式无法对风机和电网故障进行及时监控、安全性差的不足,提出了一种新的矿井通风多级联动控制系统。该控制系统将通风系统、井下供电系统和地面控制中心进行数据融合,实现了对矿井通风系统的多级联动控制,根据实际应用:表明新的控制系统能够将风机运行平均故障率降低78.5%,将通风系统和供电系统巡查人员数量降低36.8%,显著提升矿井通风的安全性和经济性。
In view of the shortcomings of the independent control mode of the mine ventilation system,such as the failure of the fan and the power grid can not be monitored in time,and the poor safety,a new mine ventilation multi-level linkage control system is proposed,which integrates the data of the ventilation system,the underground power supply system and the ground control center,and realizes the multi-level linkage control of the mine ventilation system,According to the practical application,the new control system can reduce the average failure rate of fan operation by 78.5%,reduce the number of inspectors of ventilation system and power supply system by 36.8%,and significantly improve the safety and economy of mine ventilation.
