摘要
总结了王平教授治疗膝骨性关节炎的经验特点。王平教授认为对KOA的治疗应采取阶梯治疗、筋骨并重的原则,在中医理念指导下诊断强调手摸心会,治疗根据不同分期分而治之,保守治疗以筋柔骨正为指导,介入治疗以痛为先为准则,微创手术以筋为骨用为主,开放手术以骨正筋柔为目的,每一个过程都要遵从“筋骨并重”的理念。
The experience and characteristics of professor WANG Pingtreating knee osteoarthritis were summarized.Professor WANG Ping believes that the treatment of KOA should be based on the principle of“ladder treatment”and“combination of muscles and bones”.Under the guidance of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnosis emphasizes the touch of the hand and the heart,and the treatment is divided and determined according to different stages.Conservative treatment is guided by the principle of tendon and bone tenderness.The interventional treatment is guided by the principle of pain first and the minimally invasive surgery is dominated by tendon and bone,and open surgery is aimed at the purpose of bone and bone consolidation.Each process should follow the concept of“combination of muscles and bones”.
