摘要
研究了智能制造企业国际创业机会实现的前因、过程机制以及过程范式。以小米公司开发印度和西班牙市场为研究单元,开展扎根分析。结果发现:数字化赋能通过国际化双元创新能力的提升,推动国际创业机会实现。员工的数字化赋能和消费者的数字化赋能,在动态交互中推动国际化双元学习能力、国际化双元整合能力、国际化双元协同能力的形成,有利于突破东道国发展壁垒,打破非均衡性,推动国际创业机会实现,形成生态型国际竞争优势。结合小米印度公司和西班牙公司尝试进入、适应调整和全面扩张9个阶段的纵向案例研究,提出智能制造企业新兴市场国家、发达国家国际创业机会实现的过程范式。
This paper studies the antecedents,process mechanism and process paradigm of the international entrepreneurial opportunities achieving for intelligent manufacturing enterprises.It uses root analysis to research Xiaomi,which expands the Indian and Spanish markets,and finds that digital empowerment can promote the international entrepreneurial opportunities achieving through the international dual innovation ability.The employees and consumers’digital empowerment promote the international dual learning ability,international dual integration ability and international dual synergy ability in dynamic interaction,which are conducive to breaking through the development barriers of the host country,breaking the imbalance,promoting the international entrepreneurial opportunities achieving,and forming international ecological competitive advantage.Combined with the longitudinal case study of nine stages of adaptation,adjustment and overall expansion of Xiaomi India and Xiaomi Spanish,it puts forward the process paradigm of international entrepreneurial opportunities achieving for intelligent manufacturing enterprises in emerging market countries and developed countries.
