摘要
对基于《ASME锅炉及压力容器规范》标准的异种钢焊接进行了评定弯曲试验状况进行分析,结果表明:压辊中心偏移焊缝中心Lf处,从母材强度高的一侧开始弯曲,缓慢持续进行的导向弯曲试验,可不用制作工装,弯曲后试样焊缝和热影响区全部在试样受弯范围内,完全满足异种钢焊接评定的弯曲试验要求;Lf值与两侧母材的强度、延伸率、硬度、压辊直径及焊缝最大宽度bs有关。
The welding of dissimilar steel based on ASME Boiler and pressure vessel code is evaluated and the bending test is analyzed.The results show that the center of the pressure roller is offset from the center of the weld,and the bending starts from the side with high strength of the base metal.The tooling is not needed for the slow and continuous guided bending test.After bending,the weld and heat affected zone of the sample are all within the bending range of the sample.It fully meets the bending test requirements of dissimilar steel welding qualification.The value of Lf is related to the strength,elongation,hardness,roller diameter and the maximum width of weld.
