摘要
主要介绍一种适用于液压传动的非对称闭式回路流量匹配阀,对流量匹配阀结构、轴用挡圈与阀芯的装配工艺进行了详细分析研究,提出了一种非对称闭式回路流量匹配阀轴用挡圈装配夹具的设计方案,解决了流量匹配阀的轴用挡圈与阀芯的装配问题。另外,仅需要设计不同的导向套,该夹具就能够实现多种规格尺寸的轴用挡圈与阀芯的装配,通用性强,并在工程实践中得到了广泛应用,产生了较好的经济效益。
This paper mainly introduces an asymmetric closed loop flow matching valve for hydraulic transmission,analyzes a structure of flow matching valve with assembly process of shaft retaining ring and spool in detail,and puts forward a design scheme of assembly fixture for shaft retaining ring of asymmetric closed loop flow matching valve,which solves a assembly problem of shaft retaining ring and spool of flow matching valve.In addition,only need to design different guide sleeve,this fixture can realize the assembly of shaft retaining ring and valve core with various specifications and sizes.It has strong versatility,and has been widely used in engineering practice,resulting in better economic benefits.
