摘要
【目的】探明生物纳米硒对豌豆芽苗的生长、品质、抗氧化酶活性和组织中硒含量的影响,为富硒豌豆芽苗的高效栽培提供参考。【方法】通过水培试验,研究10μmol/L、20μmol/L、40μmol/L和80μmol/L纳米硒对豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)芽苗的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、总黄酮、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总硒含量等生理指标和生长品质的影响。【结果】与对照(不施用纳米硒)相比,40μmol/L纳米硒处理下豌豆芽苗的生物量增加14.8%;叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量分别提高57.0%、54.7%和38.5%;豆苗的营养品质也有所提升,其中,维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别增加47.8%、23.5%和48.7%;豆苗的谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和抗氧化酶活性明显提高,其中GSH含量增长52.8%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则分别提升7.3%、36.0%和49.7%;豆苗的硒含量显著增加,地上部和地下部的总硒含量分别是对照的6.44倍和52.22倍。【结论】纳米硒可促进豌豆芽苗生物量的积累,改善光合作用,提升芽苗的营养品质,提高抗氧化酶活性,增加芽苗的硒含量,以40μmol/L纳米硒处理的效果最佳。
【Objective】The effects of biological SeNPs on growth,quality,antioxidant enzyme activity and Se content in tissue of pea sprouts are discussed,which provide a reference for efficient cultivation of Se-enriched pea sprouts.【Method】The effects of 10μmol/L,20μmol/L,40μmol/L and 80μmol/L SeNPs on growth quality and physiological indicators such as chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid,Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein,total flavonoid,GSH,SOD,POD,CAT activity and total Se content of pea sprouts are studied through a hydroponic experiment.【Result】Compared with CK(non-application of SeNPs),the biomass of pea sprouts treated with 40μmol/L SeNPs increases by 14.8%,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid content increase by 57.0%,54.7%and 38.5%respectively.Vc,soluble sugar and soluble protein content increase by 47.8%,23.5%and 48.7%separately,indicating the nutritional quality of pea sprouts improves to some extent.GSH content of pea sprouts increases by 52.8%and antioxidant enzyme activity improves significantly,and SOD,POD and CAT activities increase by7.3%,36.0%and 49.7%respectively.Se content in pea sprouts increases significantly,total Se content in aboveground part and underground part is 6.44 and 52.22 times higher than CK.【Conclusion】SeNPs can promote accumulation of pea sprouts biomass,improve photosynthesis,enhance nutritional quality of sprouts,increase antioxidant enzyme activity and Se content in sprouts.The effects of 40μmol/L SeNPs treatment is the optimum.
