摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年3月谷城县人民医院收治的脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对2组的睡眠质量进行评估,同时比较2组的各项临床指标。结果:对照组护理后睡眠质量评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动障碍、排尿困难、睡眠质量及切口感染等指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用优质护理模式对脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者进行护理过程当中,患者的睡眠质量、运动障碍、排尿困难和切口感染等各项指标有明显改善效果,可进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction with sleep disorder admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.Results:The sleep quality of control group was higher than the observation group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of dyspraxia,dysuria,sleep quality and incision infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by sleep disorders by using the high-quality nursing mode,the high-quality nursing mode can significantly improve the patients′sleep quality,movement disorders,dysphoria and incision infection and other indicators,which can be further popularized and applied.
