摘要
针对司马矿1208工作面在回采过程中上隅角及采空区瓦斯超限现象,抽采队对工作面前期瓦斯抽采技术及应用现状进行分析,确定了回采前期瓦斯超限主要源自于工作面上覆岩层裂隙带瓦斯,根据生产实际情况决定采取高位裂隙带瓦斯抽采技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取高位裂隙瓦斯抽采技术后,采空区内瓦斯浓度控制在2.5%以下,上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.5%以下,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the phenomenon of gas overlimit in the upper corner and the mining goaf area of Sima Mine 1208 working face in the process of recovery,the gas extraction technology and application status were analyzed,and the gas overlimit in the first stage of recovery mainly originated from the gas in the fissure zone of the overlying rock layer on the working face was determined,and the high fissure zone gas extraction technology was adopted according to the actual production situation.After the gas extraction technology was adopted,the gas concentration in the mining area was below 2.5%,and the gas concentration in the upper corner was below 0.5%,which achieved remarkable application results.
