摘要 为实现节能减排的目标,国家对达标排放的污水收取排污费,要求废水含盐量<2000 mg/L,同时严禁使用地下水,而且生产用水必须购买地表水。针对此种情况,为使外排水达到可以二次利用的指标,同时减少一次用水使用量、减少排污量的目的,采用纳滤膜+高压反渗透组合工艺使中水基本回用。中水回用技术应用中膜技术是新兴的低成本、环保型的技术,也是废水处理未来发展的一大趋势。 In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.The sewage discharged up to the standard were charged a sewage discharge fee.At the same time,the salt content in wastewater should be less than 2000 mg/L,the use of groundwater is strictly prohibited,and surface water must be purchased for production water.In view of the situation of charging at both ends,In order to make the external drainage reach the index of secondary utilization,and to reduce the amount of primary water consumption,and the amount of sewage.The combination process of nanofiltration membrane and high pressure reverse osmosis were adopt to make the reclaimed water basically reused.At the same time,it is applied in the reclaimed water reuse membrane technology is a new low cost and environmental protection technology.It is also a major trend in the future development of wastewater treatment.
