摘要
以大连市2013年的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放调查结果为基准,核算了大连市2017年14个重点工业行业的VOCs排放量和累计削减比例,并调研了大连市重点工业行业的减排措施。结果表明,2017年大连市工业源VOCs排放总量为4.0万t,其中精炼石油产品制造行业是大连市工业源VOCs排放的最主要来源,占排放总量的40.5%。大连市14个县(市、区)工业源VOCs排放贡献率最大的3个依次是甘井子区、金普新区和保税区,分别达到28.6%、25.6%、20.7%。相比2013年,2017年大连市工业源VOCs累计削减比例为10.0%,其中精炼石油产品制造行业的累计削减比例最大,达到5.3%。累计削减比例最大的3个县(市、区)分别为金普新区(2.9%)、保税区(2.8%)、旅顺口区(1.6%)。目前,大连市已经启动重点工业行业企业深度整治工作,推行“一厂一策”模式。不同VOCs控制技术的联合应用是提高工业企业VOCs治理效果的有效措施。
Based on volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission of Dalian City surveyed in 2013,the VOCs emission and cumulative reduction ratio of 14 major industries of Dalian City in 2017 were calculated,and the VOCs pollution control technologies were investigated.Results showed that the total VOCs emission from industrial sources in Dalian City were 40000 t in 2017,of which the refined petroleum products manufacturing industry was the main source of industrial VOCs emission,accounting for 40.5%.The top 3 counties with the largest VOCs emission were Ganjingzi District,Jinpu New District and Bonded District,with the contribution percentages of 28.6%,25.6%and 20.7%,respectively.The cumulative emission reduction ratio of VOCs from industrial sources in Dalian City was 10.0%in 2017 compared with that in 2013.The refined petroleum products manufacturing industry had the largest cumulative emission reduction ratio of 5.3%.The top 3 counties with the largest cumulative emission reduction ratio were Jinpu New District(2.9%),Bonded District(2.8%)and Lyushunkou District(1.6%).Dalian City had implemented deep renovation for key factories with the mode of“one factory,one method”.Combining of different VOCs pollution control technologies was effective to promote the VOCs pollution control effect.
