摘要
上导轴承油槽在水轮发电机组中起着给上导轴承润滑降温等重要作用,一旦油槽渗油,将导致轴瓦温度升高,影响机组健康运行或非正常停机。分析瀑布沟机组上导轴承油槽密封结构的特点与渗油原因,对其进行了更新改造。通过优化整个密封结构,增加密封腔数,一腔补气,一腔排油,更利于油雾的有效回收,使油槽密封盖板结构更科学,密封效果更好。
In hydro-turbine generator unit,the oil groove of the upper guide bearing plays and important role in lubricating and cooling the bearing.Oil leakage of the oil groove will cause the temperature rise of the bearing bush,which could affect the healthy operation of the unit and even result in abnormal unit shutdown.The structural characteristics of the oil groove sealing of the upper guide bearing are analyzed.Possible reasons of the oil leakage problem are determined.Then,renovation measures are proposed and implemented.The whole sealing structure is optimized and the number of sealing cavities is increased.A scheme of“one cavity for air supply and another cavity for oil discharge”is adopted,which is more affective in oil mist recovery.After the renovation,the structure of the oil groove sealing plate is more rational and of much better sealing performance.
