摘要
根据天云煤矿回风立井现状及地质情况,经过比选采用竖井掘进机凿井法,形成凿井破岩、排渣、临时支护、永久支护一体化平行作业的凿井工艺,实现了机械化破岩、自动化远程控制、掘支一体的立井智能化掘进。
According to the present situation and geological conditions of the air return shaft in Tianyun Coal Mine,after comparison and selection,the shaft sinking method of shaft boring machine is adopted,and the shaft sinking technology of rock breaking,slag discharging,temporary support and permanent support integration and parallel operation is formed,the intelligent shaft excavation of mechanized rock breaking,automatic remote control and excavation support is realized.
