摘要
目的:探讨补肾疏肝活血方治疗人工流产术后月经过少的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年4月收治行人工流产(术后月经过少)患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予雌孕激素序贯治疗,观察组在雌孕激素序贯治疗基础上应用补肾疏肝活血方,比较两组临床效果及中医证候积分。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对流产术后月经过少的症状,给予补肾疏肝活血方疗效明显。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue prescription in the application of patients with hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion.Methods:From January 2019 to April 2020,90 cases of patients with hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential treatment.The observation group was treated with Bushen Shugan Huoxue prescription on the basis of estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy.The clinical effects and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the symptoms of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion,the effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue prescription is obvious.
