摘要
目的:分析高血压伴脑梗死患者采用中医活血化瘀法治疗的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治高血压伴脑梗死患者72例,随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;观察组给予活血化瘀药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组头晕消失时间、神志状态恢复清醒时间、血压控制达标时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度、红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、舒张压及收缩压等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于高血压伴脑梗死患者,在临床中除了西医治疗,借助中医活血化瘀药物进行干预的效果确切,可更好地改善血液流变学指标水平,可促使血压水平得到更好的控制,并有利于神经功能的改善。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,72 cases of patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was treated with drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The time to disappear of dizziness,the time to regain consciousness,the time to achieve blood pressure control,and the lengths of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit,red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction,in addition to Western medicine in clinical treatment,with the help of traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and blood stasis drugs to intervene the effect is accurate,which can better improve blood rheology index levels,promote better control of blood pressure level,and improve nerve function.
