摘要
目的研究垫状卷柏提取物(Selaginelpulvinate extracts,SP)对人白血病细胞诱导凋亡的机制。方法采用浸提+超声的方法提取制备SP,采用流式细胞术检测法检测12.5μg/mL至100μg/mL生药浓度范围的SP其对K562肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。结果与PBS空白对照组相比较,50μg/mL和100μg/mL浓度的SP组对K562细胞有明显凋亡(P<0.05);不同浓度组的凋亡情况存在良好的剂量相关性。结论SP通过诱导K562肿瘤细胞凋亡,从而实现其抗肿瘤的目的。
Objective To study the mechanism of apoptosis induced by extracts of selaginella pulvinate on human leukemia cells.Methods Selaginella pulvinate(SP)was extracted and prepared by extraction and ultrasound.Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of SP in the range of 12.5μg/mL to 100μg/mL crude drug on apoptosis of K562 tumor cells.Results Compared with PBS blank control group,K562 cells in SP groups with 50μg/mL and 100μg/mL concentrations had obvious apoptosis(P<0.05).Apoptosis in different concentration groups had good dose-correlation.Conclusion The antitumor effect can be achieved by apoptosis of human leukemia cell K562 induced by extracts of selaginella pulvinate.
