摘要
档案是文明的产物,也是文化传承发展的重要工具,但在档案文化建设过程中存在一定的档案信息失真、档案学术失范、档案利用失度、档案治理缺位等“越轨行为”,急需消解“档案越轨亚文化”土壤,促进档案信息传播的可持续发展。因此,从档案信息传播视角出发,通过文献综述与实证调查,列举档案工作中的越轨行为,解析当前档案工作中的越轨亚文化现象,剖析档案文化建设的窘境,厘清越轨亚文化与档案信息传播间关系。从文化冲突、信息治理、法律遵从、社会档案教育等方面分析越轨亚文化的形成条件,并提出消解之道:立足档案馆藏传播源、培养具有信息素养的档案传播者、借助信息媒体技术疏通传播渠道、创新传播受众的档案认知以及加大依法治档力度等措施。
Archives are the product of civilization and an important tool for cultural inheritance and development.However,there are some"deviant behaviors"in the process of archives culture construction,such as the distortion of archives information,the academic anomie of archives,the loss of archives utilization and the absence of archives management.It is urgent to eliminate the soil of"archives deviant subculture"and promote the sustainable development of archives information dissemination.Based on the perspective of archival information dissemination,it reveals the phenomenon of deviant subculture in archival work and analyzes the dilemma of archival cultural construction.Through literature review and empirical investigation,it lists the behaviors of deviant behavior in the archives and clarifies the relationship between the deviant subculture and the archival information dissemination.From the aspects of cultural conflict,information governance,legal compliance,and social archives education,it analyzes the conditions for the formation of subcultures and proposes ways to eliminate them:Basing on archive sources,training information literate communicators,using media technologies to clear communication channels,innovating audience's archive recognition and intensifying archive govern by law.
