摘要
全球市场经济的不断变化使商业与供应链模式完全被颠覆,同时,大数据、智能化、移动互联网、云计算和物联网技术等新技术形态的出现跨界重塑了企业间的交易关系。当前新零售模式下的市场流通具有线上线下双渠道形态,给消费者带来新体验价值的同时也促进了供应链管理思想与手段的变化。基于此,论文以新零售为背景,从"新零售"的概念出发,提炼"新零售"供应链的特征,结合苏宁新零售转型之路中企业供应链的整合升级措施,为整个传统零售企业的发展提供有益建议。
The continuous changes of the global market economy have completely subverted the business and supply chain models.At the same time,the emergence of new technological forms,such as big data,intelligence,mobile internet,cloud computing and internet of things,has transboundary and reshaped the transaction relationship between enterprises.The current market circulation under the new retail mode has the form of online and offline dual channels,which brings new experiential value to consumers and at the same time promotes the change of supply chain management ideas and means.Based on this,the paper takes the new retail as the background,starts from the concept of"new retail",refines the characteristics of"new retail"supply chain,combined with the integration and upgrading measures of enterprise supply chain in the road of Suning’s new retail transformation,and provides beneficial suggestions for the development of the whole traditional retail enterprises.
