摘要
研究性别决定区域Y盒蛋白5(SOX5)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)细胞株CAL27细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭中的作用。对CAL27细胞分别转染Si-NC(对照组)和Si-SOX5(实验组),qRT-PCR及Western Blot检测干扰效率,结果表明干扰有效,实验组平板克隆形成、划痕愈合程度、Transwell迁移及侵袭能力均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。
To study the role of sex determining region Y-box protein 5(SOX5)in the proliferation,migration and invasion of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)cell line CAL27 cells.CAL27 cells were transfected with Si-NC(control group)and Si-SOX5(experimental group)respectively.qRT-PCR and Western blot showed that the interference was effective.The plate clone formation,scratch healing degree,transwell migration and invasion ability of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).
