摘要
为研究葡萄表皮果粉积累规律及结构特征,以255份葡萄种质为材料,对其进行定期拍照、果粉描述和扫描电镜观察。结果表明,大部分葡萄品种的果粉较厚,且随着果实生长发育,果粉积累量逐渐增加,呈现出动态变化过程;多数品种在硬核期和转色期果粉积累就已达最大量,以后积累减少。此外,果皮颜色与果粉厚度间也存在一定相关性,一般情况下果皮颜色越深,果粉越厚。扫描电镜观察发现,葡萄表皮形态多为鳞片状,呈层状分布于果实表面,且果粉越厚的品种,其表皮形态越复杂,蜡质结构越致密。研究结果揭示了葡萄果皮果粉的积累规律与结构特征,为葡萄果实遗传改良奠定了一定的理论基础。
In order to investigate the accumulation regularity and structural characteristics of the powder on grape berry skin,255 grape varieties as materials were investigated by taking photos,recording and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that most grape varieties had thick skin powder,and with the development of berry,the accumulation of skin powder gradually increased,showing a dynamic change pattern and reaching the maximum at the mature-green or veraison stage.In addition,there was a correlation between the skin color and the powder thickness;in general,the darker the skin color,the greater the thickness of the skin powder.Scanning electron microscope observation showed that the epidermis morphology was mostly flaky,a layered distributed on the surface of grape berries.The thicker the grape skin powder,the more complex and denser of the wax structure of the epidermis.The findings of this study uncovered the accumulation regularity and the structural characteristics of grape skin powder,which lay a certain theoretical foundation for grape genetic improvement.
