基于随机速度伺服控制的车门耐久试验研究

摘要 为使车门开关可靠性耐久试验结果更接近真实使用状态,文章提出了一种基于随机速度的车门可靠性耐久试验方法。以伺服电缸为动力源搭建车门耐久位置速度复合伺服控制试验系统,设计位移和速度给定信号发生器,利用二阶自抗扰控制器进行位置控制,采用改进的粒子群算法(improved particle swarm optimization,IPSO)整定控制器参数。仿真验证实验结果表明,该系统响应速度快、鲁棒性好、可实现速度与位置同时控制。采用随机速度方法进行试验得出各测量点车门间隙面差数据,并与定值速度试验方法的结果对比,测得随机速度试验方法车门间隙面差变化略大,且随着次数增加变化量更为明显。该文同时对后续研究工作提出了相关思路。 In order to make the reliability and durability test results of vehicle door switch more realistic and close to the service state,a test method based on random speed is proposed.The door durable position and speed composite servo control test system is built with servo cylinder as the power source.The displacement and speed given signal generator is designed,the second-order ADRC controller is used for position control,and the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm is used to adjust the controller parameters.The stability and robustness of the system are verified by simulation.The results show that the response speed of the system is fast,the robustness is good,and the speed and position can be controlled at the same time.The data of door clearance surface difference at each measuring point are obtained by random speed test method.Compared with the constant speed test method,the random speed test method has a slight change in the door clearance surface difference,especially with the increase of the number of times.Some relevant ideas for the follow-up research are also put forward.
