摘要
针对转炉辅原料种类多、上料皮带线分布广、人工监测困难等特点,开发自动上料系统。通过装料模块、皮带运行模块、卸料小车定位模块、翻板动作模块、电振机运行模块、插队上料模块及其他附属模块完成自动上料;通过皮带秤计量数据变化完成料仓空仓判定;通过转炉供料数据和上料数据变化完成料仓物料监测。
The automatic feeding system is developed for the characteristics of various converter auxiliary materials,wide distribution of feeding belt lines,and difficulty in manual monitoring.Automatic feeding is completed through the loading module,belt running module,unloading trolley positioning module,flipping action module,electric vibration machine running module,queue feeding module and other auxiliary modules.The determination of the silo empty is completed through the change of the measurement data of the belt scale.The material monitoring of the silo is completed by the converter feeding data and the changes of the feeding data.After the automatic feeding system is online,it runs smoothly and meets the requirements of the production site.
