摘要
中国酒文化的逻辑本质,是在历史语境中生成并得到持续性拓展的一种思想认知和系统观念。由于酒文化融聚物质和精神文化因素,具有逻辑复合性,从而其自身从物质性存在,到成为社会化、精神化构成的逻辑本质,不仅贯通酒酿、储藏等工艺环节,而且跨越对酒的享用和品鉴诸过程,成为纳入到中国文化逻辑整体并规定着酒的生产与存在方式的根本观念。这一根本观念在酒的历史生成中被凝定为生命有机性的创生,即酒生命活性的不断优化与转化。具体表现在:一是人工化酿造将自然有机性转化为人化的生命有机性;二是人对酒的感知、接受和认知,表征为对酒活性能量的吸收、促发生命机体运动加速和酒生命活性存在向文化性形态、形式的转化;三是酒生命活性的感性呈象与文化知解相糅合,塑造出了客观化、对象化的生命活性形式,供人们品鉴并从中得到文化价值、意义的领悟。总之,酒生命活性体现中国酒文化的逻辑本质,它是呈显中华文化特质与精神内蕴的重要渊源之一。
The logical nature of Chinese wine culture is a kind of thinking cognition and systematic concept generated and persistently expanded in the historical context.Logically compounded,the wine culture has the factors of both material and ideological cultures so that wine itself,from material existence to the logical essence of socialization and spiritual composition,not only exist in the brewing,storage and other processes,but also in the enjoyment and tasting process,and has become the most fundamental concept integrated into the overall logic of Chinese cultural and prescribes the production and existence of wine.This fundamental concept is defined as the creation of the organic nature of life in the historical generation of wine,that is,the continuous optimization and transformation of the life activity of wine.It is concretely embodied in three facts:artificial brewing will turn natural organicity into humanized organicity of life;people's perception,acceptance and cognition of wine are represented by the absorption of the active energy of wine,the acceleration of movement of life organism and the transformation of life activity of wine to cultural status and forms;the sensual appearance of life activity of wine is combined with cultural understanding,which shapes the life activity form of objectification so that people can taste and gain the understanding of cultural value and significance from it.In a word,the life activity of wine embodies the logical essence of Chinese wine culture,which is one of the important sources of Chinese cultural characteristics and spiritual connotations.
