摘要
针对目前胶轮车制冷系统采用风扇降温效率低、制冷性差,给胶轮车的安全运行带来严重隐患的现状,提出了一种新的胶轮车制冷控制系统,以热平衡控制为核心,实现了对胶轮车制冷系统的动态平衡控制,提升了制冷效率,降低了能耗,提升了运行安全性和使用寿命。
Aiming at the current situation that the cooling efficiency of fans in the refrigeration system of rubber-wheel vehicles is low and the refrigeration performance is poor,which brings serious hidden dangers to the safe operation of rubber-wheel vehicles,a new refrigeration control system for rubber-wheel vehicles is proposed in the article,which takes the heat balance control as the core,realizes the dynamic balance control of the rubber wheel vehicle refrigeration system,improves the refrigeration efficiency,reduces the energy consumption,and improves operational safety and service life.
