摘要 矿井水害类型划分和水害治理有多种方法,找到矿井合适的防治水方案,有利于矿井进行防治水害。在井下已塌陷变形的基础上,地面施工定向钻孔,通过穿巷钻孔进行注浆堵水,堵截巷道的突水通道,切断本矿井与周边老空水的水力联系达到预防水害的目的。在预防治理水害设计之前,要对水害进行预测和计算注浆防水墙的厚度,且要对钻孔定向轨迹进行计算,钻孔的最大井斜不超过8°,全角变化率不超过3°/30 m,合理选择造斜点,方能满足骨料顺利进入巷道,保证注浆封堵质量。 There are many ways to divide the types of mine water disaster and to control it,and finding a suitable water control scheme is conducive to the prevention and control of mine water disaster.On the basis of the collapse and deformation of the underground roadways,the directional drilling on the ground construction is used to block the water inrush channel of the roadway,cut off the hydraulic connection between the mine and the surrounding old goaf water,and achieve the purpose of preventing water disasters.Before the design of water disaster prevention and control,it is necessary to predict the water disaster,calculate the thickness of grouting waterproof wall and the directional trajectory of drilling hole.In order to make the aggregate enter the roadway smoothly and ensure the quality of grouting sealing,the maximum borehole deviation should not exceed 8°,the total angle change rate should not exceed 3°/30 m,and the reasonable deviation point should be selected.
