社会服务类汽车充电站选点规划评价体系构建与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为解决电动汽车充电站选点规划中存在城市针对性不强和综合评价体系中面向服务对象不清等问题,提出了一种新的电动汽车充电站选点方法。首先,针对三四线城市电动汽车发展的结构特点和城市发展政策,构建面向社会服务类车辆的电动汽车充电站选点评价体系。然后,建立一种结合修正层次分析法的判断矩阵和前景理论来确定充电站指标的最优权重模型,运用前景理论把人的心理因素通过数学表达式量化成决策值,从而对充电站候选点建站适宜程度进行决策。其次,运用K-means聚类对候选点决策值进行梯队分级和分析。最后,使用该方法对某市13个候选站点进行综合评价,验证了该方法能达到指导充电站建设规划的目的。 In view of the problems existing in the current charging station site selection planning of electric vehicles,such as weak urban pertinence and unclear service-oriented objects in the comprehensive evaluation system,a novel site selection method is proposed.First,according to the structural characteristics and urban development policies of the development of electric vehicles in the third-and fourth-tier cities,an evaluation system of electric vehicle charging station site selection for social service vehicles(e.g.,public transport,taxi,logistics and sanitation vehicles)is established.Then,an optimal weight model for determining the index weight of charging stations is proposed,which combines the modified judgment matrix of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the prospect theory.By means of the prospect theory,the psychological factors of people are quantified into decision values through mathematical expressions,thus making decisions on the suitability of charging station candidate sites.Afterwards,K-means clustering is used to make echelon classification and analysis on the decision values of candidate sites.Finally,the proposed method is used to comprehensively evaluate 13 candidate sites in a city,which can guide the construction planning of charging stations.
