摘要
钙钛矿太阳能电池由于具有转化效率高和成本低的优点,获得了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。但从小面积器件到大面积太阳能组件过渡时仍存在巨大的效率差距。大面积高质量钙钛矿薄膜的不均匀性不可避免地带来效率损失。考虑到钙钛矿薄膜在器件性能中的重要作用,开发大面积可靠的结晶方案以沉积高质量的薄膜至关重要。文章总结了制备大面积钙钛矿薄膜的不同涂布方法、不同的涂布工艺辅助方式及涂布配方添加剂辅助成膜技术,为实现高性能钙钛矿光电器件提供途径。
Due to its high conversion efficiency and low cost,perovskite solar cells have received extensive attention from academia and industry.However,there is still a huge efficiency gap in the transition from small area devices to large area solar modules.The unevenness of large-area high-quality perovskite film inevitably brings efficiency loss.Considering the important role of perovskite film in device performance,it is important to develop a large-area reliable crystallization scheme to deposit high-quality films.This review summarizes the different coating methods,different coating process auxiliary methods,and additive-assisted forming film technologies of coating formula for manufacturing large-area perovskite thin films,which provide approach to realize high-performance perovskite optoelectronic devices.
