摘要
钻孔灌注桩具有承载力高、地质情况适用性强、施工技术成熟等特点,在国内高层及超高层建筑中广泛采用。由于该桩型的施工过程属于隐蔽施工,施工工艺及现场施工管理是保证其承载力达到设计要求的关键因素。本文结合具体案例,对某高层建筑钻孔灌注桩,因施工因素造成承载力严重不足原因进行了分析,并就设计处理方案进行了介绍,希望可以为解决类似问题提供借鉴。
The bored pile has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,strong adaptability to geological conditions and advanced construction technology,so it is widely used in domestic high-rise and super high-rise buildings.Because the construction process of the pile type belongs to concealed construction,the construction technology and site construction management are the key factors to ensure that the bearing capacity of the pile can meet the design requirements.In this paper,combined with specific cases,the reasons for lack of bearing capacity of bored pile are analyzed,and tiie treatment process is introduced,hoping to provide reference for solving similar problems.
