摘要
为了考察农村幼儿教师职业认同现状及其影响因素,文章运用职业认同问卷,采取整群抽样方法对江西省538名农村幼儿教师进行调查。结果表明:农村幼儿教师职业认同处于较高水平;不同教龄、不同职称及不同幼儿园性质的农村幼儿教师的职业认同均存在显著差异;不同月收入水平的教师在职业归属感、职业行为倾向上存在显著差异。在职业认同各因子中,农村幼儿教师职业价值观、职业行为倾向较好,职业归属感、角色价值观问题相对突出;影响农村幼儿教师职业认同的因素有幼儿园性质、教龄、学历、所学专业。为提升农村幼儿园教育整体质量,应通过改善不利因素、优化农村幼儿教师管理模式、积极扶持农村民办幼儿园发展等举措来提高农村幼儿教师职业归属感和角色价值观。
In order to investigate the status quo of rural preschool teachers’professional identity and its influencing factors,538 rural preschool teachers in Jiangxi Province are investigated with the occupational identity questionnaire by cluster sampling method.The results show that the professional identity of preschool teachers in rural areas is at a higher level;there are significant differences in the professional identity of rural preschool teachers with different teaching years,different professional titles and different nature of kindergarten,and there are significant differences in the sense of belonging and tendency of professional behavior with different monthly income levels.Among the factors of professional identity,the rural preschool teachers’professional values and professional behavior tendency are better,but the problems of sense of belonging and role values are prominent.The factors affecting the professional identity of preschool teachers in rural areas include the nature of kindergarten,teaching years,educational background and majors.In order to improve the overall quality of rural kindergarten education,measures should be taken to improve the sense of belonging and role values of rural preschool teachers by improving the negative factors,optimizing the management mode of rural preschool teachers and actively supporting the development of private rural kindergartens.
