摘要
石油行业的无害化废气处理是当前的重点问题,基于生物降解的废气处理研究是解决该问题的主要方法。目前,生物降解废气处理装置仍停留在实验室研究阶段,难以形成规模化工业产业。文中基于传感网络,设计了一套生物降解石油废气处理系统。该系统针对大规模反应装置状态观测难度大、时效性低的问题,基于传感网络搭载气体与微粒传感器建立起数据处理中心站,实现了对处理装置的实时监控。为解决生物降解的高稳定要求,建立了BTF-PCO联合反应器。通过级联多级反应容器,提高了系统的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,传感网络的响应实时性高,对主要VOC的处理效率可达99.2%以上。
The harmless treatment of waste gas in petroleum industry is an important and difficult problem at present.The research of waste gas treatment based on biodegradation is the main direction to solve this problem.At present,the biodegradation waste gas treatment device is still in the laboratory research stage,and it is difficult to form a large-scale industrial industry.Based on the sensor network,a set of biodegradable petroleum waste gas treatment system is designed.In view of the difficulty and low timeliness of large-scale reaction device state observation,based on the sensor network equipped with gas and particle sensors,the data processing center station is established to realize the real-time monitoring of the processing device.In order to meet the high stability requirement of biodegradation,a btf-pco combined reactor was established.The robustness of the system was improved by cascading multi-stage reaction vessels.The experimental results show that the response of the sensor network is real-time,and the processing efficiency of the main VOC can reach more than 99.2%.
