摘要
目的:探讨采用原子荧光分析法测定生活饮用水中硒元素含量的应用效果。方法:收集本地区2018年6月~2019年12月的生活饮用水样品50mL,利用盐酸和硼氢化钠的还原反应,将生活饮用水中的硒离子还原为硒化氢并从母液中分离出来,采用原子荧光法测定硒元素含量,分析原子荧光法测定的回收率和精密度情况。结果:采用原子荧光法测定硒元素含量显示在浓度为0~30μg/L浓度时,呈线性关系,r=0.9998。本次生活饮用水检测显示,硒元素的回收率为99.2%~101.3%,精密度为1.1%~1.3%。结论:采用原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中硒元素含量测量方法简单,结果准确,是一种可靠、便捷的测量分析方法。
Objective:To explore the application effect of atomic fluorescence analysis in the determination of selenium in drinking water.Methods:Collect 50mL of drinking water samples in this region from June 2018 to December 2019,and use the reduction reaction of hydrochloric acid and sodium borohydride to reduce selenium ions in drinking water to hydrogen selenide and separate it from the mother liquor,use atomic fluorescence method to determine selenium content,analyze the recovery rate and precision of atomic fluorescence method.Results:The determination of selenium content by atomic fluorescence method showed a linear relationship when the concentration was 0~30μg/L,r=0.9998.The drinking water test showed that the recovery rate of selenium was 99.2%~101.3%,and the precision was 1.1%~1.3%.Conclusion:Using atomic fluorescence method to determine the content of selenium in drinking water is simple and accurate.It is a reliable and convenient method for measurement and analysis.
