摘要
建立了一种大气中5种水溶阴离子(F-,Cl-,NO2-,NO3-,SO42-)的收集和测定方法。采用冷凝收集的方法,将ZC-Q型便携式大气采样器与定制的半导体冷凝装置联用,收集大气中水溶性阴离子。通过离子色谱法对采集水溶性阴离子的时间、温度和流量3个因素进行优化,样品分析的色谱条件是以Dionex IonPac AS11-HC-4μm作为分析柱,在0~40 min内淋洗液浓度由1 mmol/L随时间线性增加至25 mmol/L,流动相流速为1 mL/min。在最佳的收集条件下,对大气中的5种阴离子进行了收集和测定。
An analytical method for the collection and determination of five soluble anions( F-,Cl-,NO2-,NO3-,SO42-) in the atmosphere was developed. By means of condensation collection,the ZC-Q portable atmospheric sampler and the self-made semiconductor condensing device were combined to collect soluble anionic components in the atmosphere. Using Dionex IonPac AS11-HC-4 μm as an analytical column,three factors( time,temperature,and flow) were optimized for the collection of five soluble anions using ionic chromatography with eluent concentration increased linearly from 1 to 25 mmol/L with time and a mobile phase flow rate of 1 mL/min. Under the optimal collection conditions,the five ions were collected and determined in the air.
