摘要
为解决钢桥面浇筑式沥青铺装养护中所面临的混合料小批量快速生产难题,提出采用干法改性技术生产浇筑式沥青混合料,研究了聚合物改性剂细度、熔融时间、外掺比例对沥青干法改性效果的影响,并对采用干法工艺和湿法工艺生产的浇筑式沥青混合料性能进行了对比研究,结果表明:外掺5%聚合物改性剂和3%降黏剂,采用干法工艺生产的浇筑式沥青混合料,其性能指标与湿法工艺生产的相当,均能满足相关技术要求。
In order to solve the problem of rapid production of gussasphalt mixture in small amount in the maintenance of pavement on steel deck bridge,it is proposed to use dry modification technology to produce gussasphalt mixtures.The influence of polymer modifier fineness,melting time,and external mixing ratio on the effect of modified asphalt are studied,and the performance of gussasphalt mixture produced by dry process and wet process was compared.The results show that the performance of gussasphalt mixture with 5%polymer modifier and 3%viscosity produced by dry process and wet process has little difference,and the road performance of the mixture can meet the technical requirements.
