摘要
随着城市建设步伐的加快,城市道路范围内各种架空线、杆件林立,各类设施设备交叉重复设置等问题成为制约美丽城市发展的重要问题之一。近年来,在上海、杭州、南京等城市陆续实施"多杆合一",较好地解决上述问题,对营造"美丽街区" "智慧城市"、提升城市环境品质效果明显。以2019年上海市闵行区的虹莘路(顾戴路-漕宝路)为例,运用成本效益法理论对城市道路"多杆合一"改造与分杆布置的成本和效益进行分析与论述,为相关工程提供借鉴与参考。
With the acceleration of the pace of urban construction,various overhead lines,poles and pieces in the urban road range,the cross-repeated settings of various facilities and equipment and other issues have become an important problem restricting the development of beautiful cities.In recent years,the implementation of"multi pole integration"in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Nanjing and other cities,has been a good solution to the above problem,which has an obvious effect on building"beautiful streets"and"smart cities",and improving the quality of urban environment.Taking Hongxin Road(Gudai road-Caobao Road)in Minhang District,Shanghai in 2019 as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the cost and benefit of multi-pole integration transformation and pole splitting arrangement of urban roads by means of cost-benefit method theory,hoping to provide some reference for relevant projects.
