一种植物油基再生剂的制备及其对改性沥青的再生效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 以回收废弃植物油为主要原料,与基质沥青、石油基轻质油及少量的植物油基增塑剂复配而得一种沥青热再生剂ZS-101。通过分析再生剂的低温区(20℃~40℃)黏度、老化SBS改性沥青再生后的常规指标等指标受再生剂的各组分掺配比例的影响规律,得到再生剂最佳制备工艺。对比测试了自制再生剂与两种不同种类市购再生剂对SBS改性沥青的再生效果、车辙因子G*/sinδ以及多应力蠕变试验指标等,为模拟沥青路面受热高温以及长期和重载服役受损情况,试验用老化基质沥青和SBS改性沥青均经TFOT和PAV两阶段老化。结果显示,相同掺量条件下,自制再生剂对老化SBS改性沥青高低温性能具有更优的改善效果,且自制再生剂主要成分以及增塑剂均为废弃植物油基产品,经济和环保效益非常显著。 In this paper,a kind of asphalt rejuvenator named ZS-101 is prepared by using the recycled vegetable oil as the major material,compounding with matrix asphalt,extract oil and a small amount of vegetable oil based plasticizer.Viscosity of the regenerators with different formula in the low temperature region has been tested,as well as the conventional index of the aged SBS modified asphalt after regeneration,and the best compounding process of the regenerator is obtained.The regeneration effects of ZS-101 and two kinds of commercial regenerants are compared,including rutting factor G*/sinδand multistress creep test and so on.In order to simulate the damage of asphalt pavement under high temperature and long-term and heavy load service,the SBS modified asphalt are treat by TFOT and PAV.The results show that the self-made regenerant ZS-101 has a better effect on the high and low temperature properties of the aged SBS modified asphalt under the same dosage,and the main components of the self-made regenerant and plasticizer are all waste vegetable oil-based products,which has a significant economic and environmental profits.
