摘要
海上升压站是海上风能输送至陆地的关键核心设备,往往通过浮吊在海上进行安装。而受风浪流载荷作用下,运输驳与锚泊系统会发生耦合动力响应,因此起吊前运输驳是否出现走锚问题是起吊安装中的技术难点。采用数值仿真方法,通过建立驳船湿表面模型和质量模型进行船体水动力特性分析,而后利用Orcaflex软件开展船体系泊的时域耦合动力分析。计算中根据拟建工程场区海洋水文资料确定环境条件,获得船体六自由度动力响应和锚缆动态张力,并参考API RP 2SK规范进行校核,为海上升压站的安装提供依据。
The offshore substation is the key equipment for transferring offshore wind power to land.It is often installed on the sea by floating cranes.Under the action of wind,wave and current loads,the transportation barge and the mooring system will have a coupled dynamic response.Therefore,whether there is an anchoring problem in the transport barge before hoisting is a technical difficulty in hoisting installation.In this paper,numerical simulation method is used to analyze the hydrodynamic characteristics of the hull by establishing the wet surface model and quality model of the barge,and then use Orcaflex software to carry out the coupled dynamic analysis of the ship mooring in the time domain.In the calculation,the environmental conditions are determined according to the local marine hydrological data,and obtain the dynamic response of the ship′s six degrees of freedom and the dynamic tension of the anchor cable.Then,checked with reference to the API RP 2SK specification to provide a basis for the installation of the sea booster station.
