摘要
信息技术的应用,成为推动数字化农业生产的新动能,为数字化农业发展注入了新的活力。农业数字化建设是解决“三农”问题的有效路径,在农村数字化示范工程的国家政策扶持下,辽宁省也建立了数字化农业生产平台,提高了农村数字化农业生产的效率和水平。文章对辽宁农村数字化生产的现状进行分析,对辽宁农村地区在数字化生产中存在的问题及原因进行了研究,结合辽宁农业数字化生产的实际情况,从政府扶持、数字化基础设施建设、数字化专业型人才培养三个方面,提出了针对辽宁实际的数字化农业生产的对策。
The application of information technology has become a new driving force to promote digital agricultural production and injected new vitality into the development of digital agriculture.The construction of agricultural digitization is an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.With the support of national policy of rural digitization demonstration project,Liaoning Province has established a digital agricultural production platform,which improves the efficiency and level of rural digital agricultural production.This paper analyzes the current situation of digital production in rural areas of Liaoning Province,studies the problems and causes of digital production in rural areas of Liaoning Province,and according to the actual situation of agricultural digital production in Liaoning Province,puts forward the countermeasures for the actual digital agricultural production in Liaoning from three aspects:government support,digital infrastructure construction and digital professional personnel training.
