摘要
为提升烟草企业竞争力,跨区域优化卷烟商业物流网络布局和开展非烟物流业务引起烟草行业的重视。基于某省烟草商业公司的实际情况,考虑物流资源整合后剩余资源的利用问题,并探讨如何将其用于发展非烟物流业务,提出了两个阶段共五种非烟物流业务的开展途径。
Based on the actual situation of a tobacco commercial company,the paper considered the utilization of the surplus resources after the integration of logistics resources,discussed how to use them for the development of non-tobacco logistics business,and put forward five ways of developing non-tobacco logistics business in two stages.
