摘要
为考核某型飞机座舱盖前弧支臂的静强度,模拟座舱盖前弧支臂的实际连接情况,设计制造了静力试验夹具,依次采用Catia、Hypermesh和Abaqus等计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件,建立该座舱盖前弧支臂及其夹具的静力学分析模型,计算了支臂在使用工况限制载荷(19902N)和极限载荷(29853N)作用下的强度和刚度。为检验分析结果的正确性,利用微机控制电子式万能试验机(WDW-100E)进行了座舱盖前弧支臂的静强度试验。结果表明:有限元分析的结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性,座舱盖前弧支臂夹具设计合理,前弧支臂在极限载荷作用下的最大应力小于材料的抗拉强度,该型前弧支臂的静强度满足使用要求。
In order to evaluate the static strength of the front arc support arm of a certain type aircraft canopy,the static test fixture was designed and manufactured by simulating the actual connection of the front arc support arm the canopy.The static analysis models of the front arc support arm of the canopy and its test fixture were established and the strength and rigidity of the supporting arm subjected to the operating conditions limit load(19902 N)and the ultimate load(29853 N)were calculated by using computer aided engineering(CAE)software such as Catia,Hypermesh and Abaqus in turn.And in order to verify the accuracy of analysis results,a microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine(WDW-100E)was used to carry out the static strength test of the front arc support arm of the canopy.The results show that the result of finite element analysis is basically consistent with the test result;the design of the test fixture of the front arc support arm is reasonable;the maximum stress of the front arc support arm subjected to the ultimate load is less than the tensile strength of the material;the static strength of this type of the front arc support arm conform the requirements of use.
