摘要
镜湖梅山广场南区酒店地上结构采用带双向高位连体的框架-支撑结构体系,结构体型复杂,存在凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、竖向刚度不规则、竖向构件间断、承载力突变5项一般不规则条目和扭转偏大、层刚度偏小2项中等不规则条目。分析了南区酒店结构设计过程中的关键技术问题及解决方案。基于抗震性能化设计原则提出了合理的性能目标。进行了小震弹性、罕遇地震弹塑性时程、防连续性倒塌、施工模拟和舒适度等整体分析;对结构转换桁架、支承转换桁架的框架柱、楼板应力和关键节点进行了分析。经过多项分析,南区酒店能够满足既定的抗震性能目标。
The ground structure of south distric hotel of Jinghu Meishan Plaza adopts the two-way high-level connected frame-support structure system.The structure is complex,There are five general irregular items,including irregular concave convex,discontinuous floor,irregular vertical stiffness,discontinuous vertical members and sudden change of bearing capacity,and two medium irregular items,including large torsion and small floor stiffness.The key technical problems and solutions in the structural design process of south district hotel were analyzed.Reasonable performance target was put forward based on the principle of seismic performance-based design.The overall analysis of the elastic of small earthquakes,the elastic-plastic time history of the rare earthquakes,the progressive collapse,the construction simulation and the comfort degree were carried out.The structural transformation truss,the supporting transfer truss frame column,the floor stress and the key nodes were analyzed.Through multinomial analysis,it is proved that the structure can achieve the established goal of seismic performance.
