摘要
为探究土壤施用生物质炭对植食性害虫的影响,选用甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua)和大豆为研究对象,试验设置每kg土壤(干重)分别添加生物质炭0(对照)、5、10、20、30和40g共6个处理的土壤种植大豆。结果表明,土壤施用生物质炭后,甜菜夜蛾幼虫的存活率、发育历期、蛹重、羽化率、成虫干重均呈下降趋势,但蛹期延长。因此,土壤添加生物质炭对甜菜夜蛾的生长发育具有阻碍作用。
To explore effects of biochar amendment to soils on herbivore,Spodoptera exigua and soybean were selected as the research objects.Soybean was planted in six treatments,biochar was added at the levels of 0(control),5,10,20,30 and 40g/kg to soils(dry weight).The results showed that the survival rate,development time,pupa weight,eclosion rate and adult dry weight of S.exigua decreased after application of biochar in soils,but the pupal stage was prolonged.We conclude that biochar amendment to soils could hinder the developmental performances of S.exigua.
