近地表矿体地下组合式连续开采技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探索近地表矿体地下开采技术,实现矿体的快速、高效开采,以乌兰矿近地表矿体为研究对象,分析了不同开采方式对矿山生产的影响,根据境外投资矿山开采技术条件,优化选取合理的开采顺序并对上部区域开采方法进行优化分析,进一步减少矿柱留设的矿量。研究表明,采用传统的自上而下或自下而上的开采顺序,不能够完全满足境外投资矿山开采的生产需求,需要对两种开采顺序进一步优化组合,达到快速投产、环境保护等目的。采用两种开采顺序相结合、开采区域间留设水平矿柱的开采顺序,能够满足矿山快速投产及资金回笼的要求;组合连续开采技术充分利用两种开采顺序的优势,适用于近地表矿体的地下开采,可缩短建矿周期、提高矿体回采率。 In order to explore near surfac orebody underground mining technology,and achieve the fast and efficient mining of orebody.Taking the Wulan mine near-surface ore body as the research object,the influence of different mining methods on the mine production was analyzed.According to the mining and technical conditions of overseas investment mine,the reasonable mining sequence and the mining method of the upper area were explored and optimized,the ore left by the pillar was further reduced.According to the research results,the traditional top-down or bottom-up mining sequence can not fully meet the production needs of overseas invested mine,and it is necessary to further optimize the combination of the two mining sequences,achieve the purpose of fast production and environmental protection.The results show that the mining sequence combining the two mining sequences,leaving horizontal pillars between mining areas can realize rapid production and capital recovery.The combined continuous mining technology makes full use of the advantages of the two mining sequences,and it is suitable for near-surface orebodies underground mining,which can shorten the construction period and improve the ore recovery rate.
