摘要
为研究土耳其引进油橄榄品种对不同光强处理的叶绿素荧光特性响应,分析各油橄榄品种的光合特性及光响应规律,以Domat、Odemis、Yamalak sarisi、Memecik、Ayvalik、Cekiste、Gemlik共7个油橄榄品种自砧嫁接苗为研究对象,应用直角双曲线模型(RH)、非直角双曲线模型(NRH)、单指数方程(SEM)、双指数方程(DEM)和直角双曲线修正模型(MRH),拟合叶绿素荧光光响应曲线(RLC_s),筛选出适合7个油橄榄品种的叶绿素荧光光响应模型;并利用筛选出的叶绿素荧光—光响应最优模型,分析各油橄榄品种的光合特性。结果显示:(1)5个模型拟合效果优劣顺序为:MRH>SEM>RH>NRH>DEM,MRH模型对各油橄榄品种的拟合结果与实测值更符合;(2)各油橄榄品种叶片电子传递速率(ETR)随光合有效辐射(PAR)的增强而上升;PSII实际光化学速率(PhiPS2)随有效辐射(PAR)增加而呈下降趋势;Memecik的ETR和PhiPS2显著高于其它品种,Cekiste与之相反;(3)Memecik光适应能力最强,Cekiste最弱。由此可得出结论:MRH是7个油橄榄品种RLC_s的最佳拟合模型;Memecik具有较好的光合特性,Cekiste的光合特性较差。
To study the response of Chlorophyll fluorescence and analyze the photosynthetic characteristics and light response of olive cultivars introduced from Turkey to different light intensity,the suitable chlorophyll fluorescence-photoresponse model were selected and the photosynthetic characteristics were analyzed of seven olives cultivars grafted seedlings,and Domat,Odemis,Yamalak sarisi,Memecik,Ayvalik,Cekiste and Gemlik from Turkey were selected as the research objects,Chlorophyll fluorescence response curve fitting were conducted through the rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model,the single exponential equation,the double equation and modified rectangular hyperbola model.The results showed that:(1)The sequence of fitting effect of the five light response models was in descending order of MRH>SEM>RH>NRH>DEM.MRH model was more consistent with the observed values.(2)The electron transport rate(ETR)of olive leaves increased with the increased photosynthetically active radiation(PAR).The actual photochemical rate of photo system II(PhiPS2)decreased with the increased PAR.The ETR and PhiPS2 of Memecik were the highest,and Cekiste was on the contrary.(3)Memecik has the strongest ability to adapt to light,and Cekiste has the weakest ability.In general,MRH is the best model for seven olive cultivars,and Memecik has better photosynthetic characteristics and Cekiste has worse photosynthetic characteristics.
