摘要
智能变电站自动化程度的提高对一次智能开关设备的安全运行和检修维护水平提出了更高的要求,传统的依靠人工倒闸操作的运检模式已难以适应智能变电站运行维护需求。从现场实用化改造的角度出发,提出了一种微动开关与辅助触点相结合的智能隔离开关“双确认”判别方法,以提高隔离开关分合闸位置判别的准确性,为智能变电站一键顺控技术的推进提供有力支撑。
The improvement of automation level of intelligent substation puts forward higher requirements for the safe operation and maintenance level of primary intelligent switchgear.The traditional operation and inspection mode which relies on manual switching operation is difficult to meet the needs of intelligent substation operation and maintenance.From the perspective of practical transformation on site,a"dual confirmation"confirmation method for intelligent isolation switches combining micro-switches and auxiliary contacts is proposed to improve the accuracy of the isolation switch opening and closing positions,providing strong support for the advancement of one-key sequence control technology in smart substations.
